Are your packages provided Online or In-Person?
Right now our Challenges and Packages are provided completely online. For our Packages, we will be meeting with you virtually via Google Meet. Hopefully in the future we can include in-person sessions too!
How often do you run the Energizer Mummy Challenge?
We typically start a new challenge on the first of every month, but be sure to sign up soon as spots fill up fast.
